About The Position

We're looking for a US Head to join our award-winning Twitch Brand Partnership Studio, part of the Amazon Brand Innovation Lab. This role is responsible for managing the US BPS team, building creative, production, and talent disciplines to create incredible brand partnership programs with Twitch creators. You will harness BPS' capabilities, packaging content, sponsorships, and interactive offerings as a strategic creative partner for brands who want to create on Twitch. You will be both a creative and operational thinker who knows how to bring bold, authentic ideas to life, influence cross functional teams across Twitch and Amazon, drive operational excellence and critical business decisions with bar raising leadership skills, and support the growth of a specialized creative team. You have a deep expertise in content, advertising, media, and digital product trends. This role is based in New York and reports to the Global Head of BPS. About Brand Innovation Lab: The Brand Innovation Lab at Amazon Ads solves strategic brand challenges with innovative, first-of-its-kind advertising experiences. Comprised of creatives, technologists, strategists, producers, and solutions managers, the team partners with clients to create bespoke campaigns that meet Amazon customers in the places they love. Requirements

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
  • 2+ years of content creation or similar experience

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the US team for the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio, overseeing all aspects of the studio operations, customer journey, and output including creative, production, delivery, interactive tech, and talent relations
  • You will oversee the development of tentpole formats and content strategies to innovate for brands, streamers, and viewers
  • You will drive operational excellence through optimized processes, automations, and fiscal oversight of team costs, campaign operating margins, and pricing/planning strategies
  • You will collaborate with Twitch Ads on sales motions, go to market mechanisms, and success metrics to drive demand and sell through of BPS programs
  • You will lead cross-functional workstreams with Twitch and Amazon to strategically drive brand partnership value through Twitch creator initiatives
  • You will own and action on the customer experience at a strategic level for the team; securing customer feedback, ensuring metrics of success are defined and goaled for campaigns, and providing best in class service
  • You will hire and develop the best talent in respective disciplines, defining growth paths and performance goals
  • You will work closely with counterparts in EU5 and ICAA counterparts on global campaign coordination as well as contribute to global initiatives for the studio
