About The Position
Barclays Services Corp. seeks Head of US Rates Risk & Pricing Technology in New York, NY (multiple positions available). This role is responsible for all aspects of delivery of risk and pricing applications to the Rates desks, including acting as a product owner across Rates Risk and Pricing Technology. The position involves leading a team of two Business Analysts and four Software Developers to design front to back workflows, plan deliveries, and collaborate with core teams and other business delivery teams. The individual will coordinate directly with stakeholders to prioritize projects in line with resources and business requirements, manage and refine the backlog, understand and anticipate client needs, and act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and the team. Additionally, the role requires interpreting business requirements, conducting workflow analysis, and employing creative problem-solving to enhance efficiency. The individual will ensure that relevant business area solutions have the appropriate global support structure to deliver in accordance with agreed service levels and act as a strategic partner and advisor to the business on strategic projects that impact the business areas.
