About The Position

As the Head of US Healthcare and Insurance Program within our Benefits Department, you will be tasked with the upkeep and enhancement of our extensive benefits programs. Your leadership will span across three key teams: the Medical Plan Team, Measurement and Performance Team, and the Dental/Vision and Insurances Team. Your role will involve managing these teams, identifying trends and opportunities, and enhancing the employee experience in these areas. Furthermore, you will oversee, evaluate, and implement changes to various benefit programs, monitor plan performance, regulations, and market trends, and actively engage in the planning and execution of the firm's overall wellness initiatives.
