The US Head of Gross-to-Net (GTN) is a strategic leadership role within Sanofi’s North America Finance organization, reporting to North America CFO, accountable for the integrity and strategic direction of GTN forecasting, reporting, and reserve governance. This leader provides financial stewardship over gross-to-net outcomes and related net sales close processes, ensuring disciplined governance, strong controls, and executive-ready insights that shape pricing, market access, and commercial strategy. GTN is one of the largest and most complex drivers of U.S. net sales and cash, and this role plays a critical part in translating market and policy dynamics into financial performance. You will partner closely in partnership with Finance Business Partners, Market Access, and other critical stakeholders to align assumptions, resolve variances, and strengthen forecast accuracy and transparency. The role plays a key part in Sanofi’s Finance transformation agenda by modernizing how GTN insights are generated and consumed. This includes advancing automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled forecasting and scenario modeling to surface risks earlier, accelerate decision-making, and improve planning confidence while maintaining appropriate governance and controls. This position also sits on the North America finance leadership team and will contribute toward North America One Finance (NA1F) talent development, corporate initiatives and culture.
