Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Head of US Business Development role will make an impact: The Head of Business Development – U.S. will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities in the U.S. pharmaceutical market, with a focus on generics, complex generics, promoted and non-promoted branded pharmaceutical products. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals—including in-licensing, co-development, and product acquisitions—that align with the U.S. commercial strategy and broader global BD objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. regulatory and commercial dynamics, exceptional deal execution skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and act as a key contributor to the company’s long-term growth in the U.S.
