We're on an ambitious journey, and we're looking for a Senior Director or Vice President to lead our Treasury team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial operations and partnering with senior leadership to drive long-term growth. In this role, you'll leverage your extensive expertise to establish a robust Treasury management framework, driving financial optimization and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive cash management and working capital strategies, investment strategy, financial risk mitigation processes, and capital markets relationships. You'll be a critical partner to business unit leaders and executive management, providing strategic financial insights on working capital, foreign exchange management, and investment optimization to support the company's financial resilience and strategic objectives. This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or a related field with strong expertise in cash management, debt management, and financial risk
• Proven experience managing debt portfolios, ensuring compliance with related covenants and interacting with credit agencies
• Experience in cash management, optimizing yield on float and managing short-term investments
• Excellent communicator with great presentation skills, including the ability to simply present complex financial strategies to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to mentor and manage a high-performing treasury team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital
• Design investment approaches maximizing yield while maintaining operational flexibility
• Lead debt portfolio management, ensuring compliance and favorable financial terms
• Manage strategic relationships with commercial banking partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions as needed
• Provide critical financial insights and risk analysis to executive leadership
• Further develop and maintain robust liquidity reporting and forecasting
• Lead and develop high-performance treasury team focused on operational excellence
