Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or a related field
• Strong expertise in cash management, debt management, and financial risk
• Proven experience managing debt portfolios and ensuring compliance with related covenants
• Experience in cash management, optimizing yield on float and managing short-term investments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present complex financial strategies to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and manage a high-performing treasury team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital
• Design investment approaches maximizing yield while maintaining operational flexibility
• Lead debt portfolio management, ensuring compliance and favorable financial terms
• Manage strategic relationships with commercial banking partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions as needed
• Provide critical financial insights and risk analysis to executive leadership
• Further develop and maintain robust liquidity reporting and forecasting
• Lead and develop high-performance treasury team focused on operational excellence
