Requirements

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
