About The Position
The Head of Total Rewards for North America role will lead and oversee the Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll functions across the region, and drive the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals, competitive in the marketplace, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. This role will also manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation disbursements for all employees.
