About The Position

This strategic role is ideal for a senior HR leader passionate about building high-impact talent programs and operational excellence. The Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations will own the design and execution of global compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems strategies. The position combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on operational leadership to ensure employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered. You will collaborate with executives, finance teams, and HR partners to align total rewards programs with organizational goals and long-term growth. This role requires a strong mix of analytical rigor, people leadership, and innovative thinking to modernize processes and scale HR operations effectively. You will lead a high-performing team while driving impactful initiatives that shape employee experience and organizational culture.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years leading teams in a high-growth environment
  • Deep expertise in equity programs (RSUs, options) and ability to model complex cap table scenarios for executives and boards
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling
  • Proven experience designing and implementing global compensation, benefits, and payroll programs
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex HR and finance concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Strategic and agile leader capable of navigating fast-paced, evolving business environments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership
  • Experience with modern HR systems, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global total rewards strategy balancing market competitiveness with company culture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and board members, designing equity and compensation programs that support long-term value creation
  • Partner with finance to model merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates to ensure scalable and responsible financial stewardship
  • Enhance the employee experience by communicating the value of compensation, benefits, and equity programs clearly and effectively
  • Lead HR operations modernization initiatives, leveraging AI and automation to streamline payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of total rewards and HR operations professionals
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence across all HR processes and programs
