We’re looking for a Head of Talent Management to oversee a portfolio of programs, products, and tools designed to help us attract, develop, and retain the talent Atlassian needs to thrive. You’ll operate as a player and coach of a high-performing team to build and scale effective talent management solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. You’ll “Play As a Team” with the broader Talent Team, partner teams (e.g., HRBP, Comp, Talent Acquisition), support teams (e.g., People Operations, People Insights, People Technology), and stakeholders to build a thriving talent ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of the business. This role will sit on the Talent team and report to the Head of Talent and Employee Relations.
