Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and culture transformation at scale.
  • Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HR technologies and talent analytics.
  • Demonstrated success supporting M&A and integration processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and workforce data.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global talent management and leadership development strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
  • Lead the evolution of performance management frameworks, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide workforce and succession planning, ensuring organizational agility and readiness for future growth.
  • Champion change management and culture initiatives, supporting the rollout of the enterprise Operating Model and integration processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address talent needs, skills gaps, and foster career progression and mobility.
  • Influence the cultural alignment and employee engagement during business transformation, including M&A activities.
