Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and Operations, this is a hands-on role that will build the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. This is not a typical TA leadership role. You will act as both strategist and builder — owning everything from talent brand development to closing world-class, enterprise-grade talent. You’ll leverage Rippling as our core ATS to manage your process, but your success will be defined by the speed, quality, and alignment of the hiring programs you create in partnership with our hiring managers and Finance & Operations team to meet our growing demand.
