As the Head of Sourcing, Recruiting, and Onboarding for North America, you will manage the full regional talent acquisition lifecycle, leading the Sourcing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employer Branding & HR Marketing team ensuring all services align with the defined global strategy. You will translate global concepts into effective regional processes, implement strategies tailored to Mexico, USA and Canada, and drive business success by attracting, identifying, and securing the best talent for the region. You will ensure an outstanding candidate experience, oversee all key initiatives, and act as a strategic partner to the business. In this role, you will guide regional stakeholders, maintain strong collaboration with the global CoE, and steer continuous improvement in processes, tools, governance, and talent broking activities.
