About The Position

This role leads the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring products are manufactured, stored, and delivered reliably while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and scalability. You will own supplier and manufacturer relationships, optimize production planning, and mitigate supply risks to support growth and resilience. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will drive cost-down initiatives, improve inventory and fulfillment operations, and implement efficient logistics workflows. This position requires a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-growing environment, balancing operational rigor with commercial judgment to protect margins and enhance delivery performance. The role provides the opportunity to shape the supply chain function for a dynamic consumer brand while driving impactful operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in supplements, functional foods, or CPG supply chain management
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling supply chain operations, not just supporting them
  • Strong operator with commercial judgment and ability to implement structure without slowing growth
  • Deep experience with CMOs, ingredient suppliers, and contract negotiation
  • Expertise in MOQ and lead-time management, inventory planning, warehousing, and fulfillment economics
  • Experience driving cost-down initiatives while maintaining product quality and brand perception
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with CMOs and suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards are met
  • Manage production planning, batch scheduling, and purchase order execution
  • Implement supplier redundancy and risk mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing and geographic diversification
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives across ingredient sourcing, packaging, freight, and logistics
  • Develop inventory planning, service level targets, and cash efficiency strategies to meet demand and minimize stockouts
  • Optimize warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment operations to reduce delivery times and costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support new product launches, feasibility, and operational trade-offs
  • Continuously refine supply chain processes, systems, and workflows to scale efficiently with business growth
