About The Position

The Head of Studio Operations at Tracy Anderson Method is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple studio locations, ensuring a high-level, 5-star experience for clients. This role involves managing studio operations, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Head of Studio will establish efficient processes, oversee franchise management, and ensure effective communication and service delivery across all studio locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in management, specializing in studio operations and franchise standards.
  • Three years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Good practical knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior managers on performance goals and operational plans.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and collaboration.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of three studios and the TA LIVE digital product.
  • Participate in executive meetings to review performance and growth directives.
  • Manage procurement and resource allocation with a cost-control mindset.
  • Manage franchise sales and relationship management, both domestically and internationally.
  • Support revenue-increasing initiatives including group classes, private training, and retail sales.
  • Liaise with executive team members on studio financials, communications, and marketing.
  • Provide leadership regarding operations and management to Tracy Anderson staff.
  • Execute plans created by the CEO to achieve studio operations and sales goals.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all operational processes.
  • Assist in identifying new locations and managing studio build-out and openings.
  • Implement organizational structure for new studios and remodeling projects.
  • Ensure positive communication and high-level service for all clients and partners.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment and manage lease/construction projects.
  • Lead decisions on operational procedures, budget planning, and inventory management.
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure compliance with policies and handle client grievances.
  • Develop and manage a responsive department structure and operating standards.
