About The Position

As Head of Strategy, you'll own the strategic direction for a high-growth tech startup and translate ideas into executable plans. Day-to-day, you'll: Define and drive the company's long-term strategic roadmap Identify new market opportunities, business models, and growth levers Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning Partner with the executive team to make key strategic decisions Own strategic initiatives from concept through execution Build business cases for new products, partnerships, and market expansion Present strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and board Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to align on priorities

Requirements

  • Consulting experience (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
  • 7+ years in strategy, corporate development, or high-impact strategic roles
  • Strong business intuition with the ability to move from analysis to action quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (you can sell your ideas to founders, executives, and investors)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the scrappiness to get things done in a startup setting
  • A track record of driving strategic projects that created real business impact
  • Data-savvy but not paralyzed by needing perfect information

  • Experience in tech or high-growth startup environments is a major plus
