Step into the driver’s seat as the Head of Strategy & Operations for our Global Platforms Business Office—you’ll be at the heart of shaping and executing the technology vision that powers our global organization. In this role, you will help to architect strategy, champion operational excellence, and elevate performance across every facet of our business. You won’t just set the direction—you’ll roll up your sleeves to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a dynamic portfolio, and ensure financial discipline that drives real results. As the right hand to our Global Platforms CTO, you’ll collaborate with regional Strategy & Planning, Finance, and key stakeholders worldwide, turning bold ideas into tangible impact. Your leadership will be critical in translating vision into action, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring we operate at the top of our game. Success in this fast-paced, high-impact environment requires flexibility and a global mindset. You’ll have the opportunity to travel—up to 20% of your time—to engage with executive leadership and support strategic priorities wherever they arise. This position empowers you to shape global technology strategy, drive operational excellence, and deliver enterprise-level impact in direct partnership with executive leadership.
