About The Position

The Head of Strategic Sourcing & Category Management will lead a team of Category Managers to develop cost-reducing strategies, negotiate agreements, and manage supplier relationships. This strategic leader will optimize sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure procurement aligns with organizational goals. Through innovative sourcing solutions, a focus on continuous improvement in our processes and strategic negotiations this role is critical to support Relativity’s overall organizational growth. The Head of Strategic Sourcing & Category Management will work in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and report to the Sr. Director of Business Administration (Procurement, Real Estate, and Workplace Operations).
