About the Role We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Partnerships to help Casa define and build the ecosystem that underpins modern homeownership. This is not a traditional BD role. The home is a fragmented, slow-moving, and highly offline space – and no one has ever stitched together the systems, platforms, and partners required to make homeownership feel effortless. You’ll be the one who figures out how it all fits together. You’ll identify and structure the relationships that unlock new capabilities for our members, then work across product and operations to bring those partnerships to life. Beyond one-off deals, you’ll architect the strategy that ties them into a coherent platform – laying the foundation for a category-defining company.
