Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Solutions Consulting to lead our Presales Team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by aligning our technical expertise with customer needs, ensuring successful solution adoption, and positioning our products as the optimal choice for potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing pre-sales or solutions consulting teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud computing, or other relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing large-scale solution engagements.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Solutions Consulting Team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create compelling value propositions and solution demonstrations.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality technical presentations, proofs of concept, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Engage with key clients to understand business challenges and articulate how our solutions can drive value and transformation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pre-sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer insights and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of pre-sales engagements and regularly report on performance to executive leadership.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources to excel in their roles.
