About The Position
The Head of Solutions Consulting will be a key leadership role within the Solution Consulting and Sales teams, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants in the Americas. This role will collaborate closely with sales, product, data science and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of insurance and SaaS with strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role reports into the Global Head of Customer Success.
