About The Position

Responsible for leading search engine optimization efforts, driving the growth of organic traffic, implementing best SEO practices, ensuring a data-driven approach to optimization, and developing strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our website across major search engines. Works closely with the content, UX, analytics, product and development teams to create and execute SEO strategies that align with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Recent experience improving organic traffic and achieving high-ranking results.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO practices.
• Experience in e-commerce SEO or enterprise-level SEO campaigns.
• Knowledge of paid search and conversion optimization strategies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive business growth.
• Oversees technical SEO audits and identifies areas for improvement in website performance, including site architecture, speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
• Works closely with the content team to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience, including keyword targeting, metadata, and on-page SEO.
• Monitors, analyzes, and reports on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
• Conducts competitor research to identify opportunities and keep track of industry trends and SEO best practices.
• Partners with the development team to implement SEO-friendly website changes and ensure SEO principles are adhered to in all stages of web development.
• Stays current with SEO developments, algorithm updates, and trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
