About The Position
A Head of School at Vivvi is a dedicated and dynamic leader responsible for the overall management and success of the campus. If it happens on their campus, they’re ultimately responsible for it! With no task too large or too small, their role encompasses everything needed to ensure smooth operations and delivery of high-quality child care and education. A Head of School must exhibit leadership and vision while maintaining oversight of curriculum, staffing operations and team culture, and family engagement, all in alignment with Vivvi’s core values.
