We are looking for a relentless Sales Leader to own direct sales for Ohalo products. Ohalo is actively launching direct-to-farmer sales of the world’s first true potato seed (TPS) in the US via a direct sales organization and beginning early direct sales with large growers (Top Producers) outside the US. You will be responsible for setting goals, defining intervening sales milestones and processes needed to achieve those goals, recruiting the best people to help deliver those goals, and actively managing them to success. This will include developing top-of-funnel and stepwise conversion metrics, determining regions and team composition, identifying sourcing methods, and helping define scripts, language, and tactics to drive sales results. Ohalo is transforming the 50M+ acre global potato market with the world’s first true potato seed, reducing production expenses by 40%+ by eliminating machinery, fuel, storage, and input costs, while delivering ever-improving yields with novel Ohalo hybrids. You can help lead this transformation by building, organizing, and managing the farmer-facing team that will help drive this once-in-a-generation opportunity.
