Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming how buildings run. We are an AI-native service company that serves condo, co-op, and HOA boards — a complex, multi-stakeholder customer - and wins by rebuilding property management from the ground up for the modern age. Daisy is the 8th largest and the fastest growing management company in NYC, has already expanded to NJ, and is expanding into additional markets. We’ve grown quickly, largely through organic demand and referrals, and are now focused on tightening and scaling our sales motion. We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales - someone who can both close deals and build the sales foundation for the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a strong individual with 4–7 years of experience who is ready to step into a broader leadership role. You’ll continue to run deals yourself while owning how Daisy sells: playbooks, pricing iteration, qualification standards, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product.
