About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive and scale commercial growth in a high-potential B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will take ownership of both sales and marketing strategies, leading initiatives that span customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and retention. You will shape the go-to-market approach, optimize performance across multiple channels, and inspire a small, highly effective team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, covering both sales and marketing functions.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue engines for SMB or mid-market SaaS companies.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, NDR/GDR, pipeline conversion, churn, and payback periods.
  • Expertise in modern marketing channels (SEO, paid, content, lifecycle, partnerships) and sales motions (discovery, demos, negotiation, closing).
  • Data-driven approach to analyzing funnel performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience building and leading small, high-performing commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Comfortable in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, covering positioning, target audience, messaging, funnel KPIs, and priority growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement an end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, demos, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.
  • Optimize marketing performance across multiple channels, such as SEO, paid media, content, email, and partnerships.
  • Analyze funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Lead pricing and packaging experiments, including evaluating new plans, discount frameworks, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices, benchmark performance, and leverage collective expertise.
