As a Sr Manager, TPM - Process Engineering within the Robotics Technical Services team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving the mechanisms to service and support Amazon Robotics products deployed to Stores Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple functions within AR Process Engineering, including Data Engineering, Data Science, Workflow Automation, HW Tools Development, Hardware Problem Management and retrofit program management. This role requires working closely with Operations, AR Field, and Operations teams to ensure mechanisms to service and support AR products are safe, efficient and effective. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with the ability to analyze, prioritize and deliver operational improvements. This role requires excellent people management skills, structured problem-solving, and communication skills. This role is part of the Amazon Robotics Technical Services team, responsible for supporting AR products deployed to Stores Operations. AR Technical Services includes Technical Support, Hardware Support Engineering, Customer Success Management, Field Safety, Service Strategy and Process Engineering.
