FCP Euro is seeking a Head of Reverse Logistics that will set the strategy as well as lead and direct all aspects of reverse logistics policies, processes, metrics and performance, ensuring the efficient management of the end to end reverse logistics processes from initial customer touch point to ultimate product disposition. This role is pivotal in driving process excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management, specifically reverse logistics. As our reverse logistics program is a key component of our value proposition, this leader will have the opportunity to drive strategy and improvements that will not only impact the profitability of the organization but will also help shape how customers interact with us on an ongoing basis.
