About The Position

As the Head of Revenue Operations at Pilot, you will be responsible for aligning and optimizing sales and marketing functions to maximize revenue generation. This role involves developing and implementing strategies that streamline revenue-generating processes and enhance collaboration across teams. You will report to the Director of Sales and play a crucial role in building the RevOps organization within a rapidly growing company aiming to disrupt a $60B industry.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations through growth periods.
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, business operations, RevOps, or SalesOps).
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Excellent at Salesforce reporting and field and automation creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights using data.
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and modeling expertise.
  • Previous experience scaling SaaS companies strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with financial back office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create a clean, centralized, and standardized view of the end-to-end revenue funnel and associated KPIs.
  • Own the weekly sales forecast of the GTM business and partner closely with Finance on GTM planning processes.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to answer key questions for stakeholders.
  • Own the calculation and execution of commission payments.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the tools, processes, and people that make up GTM infrastructure.
  • Manage and develop current RevOps individual contributors.
