About The Position

RoadSync is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head of Revenue Operations to be the architect of our revenue engine. This is a critical leadership position focused on driving performance by building a foundation of data, process, and technology. You will not manage the sales team directly; instead, you will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, empowering them to hit ambitious targets by ensuring the entire revenue organization runs efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • HubSpot Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with the HubSpot ecosystem (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub) is required. You should be a power user who can build, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows.
  • Analytical Powerhouse: A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You are an expert in Excel/Google Sheets, and you're comfortable with BI tools (such as Looker and Tableau, ect).
  • Strategic & Process-Oriented: You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture but also has the process-driven mindset to manage the details of execution flawlessly.
  • Forward-Thinking Technologist: A passion for and demonstrated experience with leveraging modern, AI-driven sales tools to gain a competitive edge and boost productivity.
  • Influence & Partnership: A track record of successfully partnering with and influencing sales leaders and other senior executives. You build trust through data and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Startup Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are skilled at navigating ambiguity to create structure and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Revenue Engine: Architect and manage our entire revenue technology stack, with HubSpot at its core. You'll ensure all our systems are seamlessly integrated, our data is clean, and our processes are scalable.
  • Data & Analytics: Serve as the source of truth for all revenue-related data. You'll develop and maintain key dashboards and reports, track performance against KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership that will guide strategic decisions.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead the sales forecasting and pipeline management process. You'll partner with finance and sales leadership on territory planning, quota setting, and compensation plan design to motivate the right behaviors.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify and eliminate friction in our sales and marketing funnel. You will map out our current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase velocity and conversion rates.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, content, and resources they need to succeed. You'll manage and champion the use of next-generation tools, including AI-powered platforms for conversation intelligence and lead scoring.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
