This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Revenue Enablement. In this key role, you will be the business partner to sales and customer success leaders, driving revenue growth and customer retention. Your leadership will shape programs that enhance sales and customer success team performance, directly impacting customer experiences and overall business success. With a focus on both strategic partnerships and hands-on execution, you will help guide a growing team towards significant business milestones.

  • Serve as a business partner to VP Sales and VP Customer Success.
  • Develop and execute programs that foster excellence in Sales and CS organizations.
  • Ensure a fast time-to-ramp for new hires.
  • Facilitate the adoption of frameworks and methodologies across teams.
  • Create tailored learning paths through both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Lead and manage a small enablement team.
  • Assess the impact of enablement programs on team performance and productivity.
  • Proven experience in business partnership and stakeholder management.
  • Strong skills in program development and iteration.
  • Experience with onboarding programs for go-to-market teams.
  • Familiarity with managing learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience scaling teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and iterate on strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills for team management.
