About The Position

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and optimizing customer retention. You will partner closely with sales and customer success leadership, ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives that provide measurable results. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture within the enablement team, which you will manage and scale as needed. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Revenue Enablement or a related field.
  • Strong background in program development and facilitation within sales or customer service contexts.
  • Experience in creating onboarding systems for large teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven enablement tools and software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing team and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong partnerships with Sales and Customer Success leaders to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs that meet the needs of go-to-market teams.
  • Create tailored onboarding tracks for new hires to ensure quick ramp-up and integration.
  • Manage and optimize the Enablement Stack, leveraging AI and innovative technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assess and iterate on enablement initiatives using data-driven insights and feedback.
