About The Position
The Uber Eats team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated merchandising leader to join our US & Canada Grocery and Retail Operations Team to partner with some of our most strategic partners to create best-in-class shopping experiences for our consumers. As the Retail Category Lead, you will work hand-in-hand with our merchant partners, our Enterprise Partner Managers, and our broader Operations organization to drive incremental revenue growth for merchants and categories through vertical, assortment and promotional planning and activation. You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data science, operations and commercial teams to drive incremental revenue growth through leading vertical assortment and promotional planning to deliver maximum value for Uber and our merchant partners. You'll lead through ambiguity to deliver high impact initiatives that can improve customer experiences across the US & Canada while having ownership and autonomy over your work.
