As Director, Regional Product Application Management & Analytics, you'll be the voice of the customer-shaping product strategies that strengthen performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the region. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to transform insights into real-world solutions. Based in Schaumburg, IL, you'll make an immediate impact on how PALFINGER delivers value to customers across North and Latin America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in product strategy, business development, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America and occasionally to Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer and market analysis to identify emerging needs and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the regional product roadmap.
  • Translate insights into clear, data-driven product priorities and business cases.
  • Champion the product vision and foster alignment across departments and partners.
  • Strengthen product performance through continuous engagement with customers and field teams.
