The Head of Readiness for the TRICARE Overseas Program is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of various medical capability reporting and aeromedical evacuation services. This role involves managing the Medical Capability Reports (MCR) and ensuring high-quality delivery to the Defense Health Agency (DHA), while also expanding the service line. The position requires strong leadership in contingency planning and execution, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the Department of Defense (DoD).
