About The Position

Are you passionate about golf and technology, and looking for an opportunity to help create a better game for millions of golfers, business owners and golf courses all over North America? We are currently looking to hire a senior business professional as Head of Operations for Trackman in the Americas. The role will oversee a dynamic team responsible for installing Trackman technology across golf facilities throughout the Americas, with focus on delivering high quality Trackman range installations at the agreed time, quality and price for our customers. Leadership of the team will be a key aspect of your role; Focus on process excellence while serving the team by managing workload and ensuring a motivating working environment which promotes both empowerment and individual accountability. The role will report into the Global SVP of Operations and be part of the Operations Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management experience in construction, technical installations, or IT.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling teams and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in radar technology, networking, or the golf industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Americas Operations team, including Project Managers, Operations Coordinators, Installation Managers, and Installation Specialists.
  • Effectively plan and coordinate Trackman installation schedule (permanent and temporary) across the Americas.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality installations that meet Trackman's standards for performance and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Manage use of third party contractors, including quality assurance, training and cost leadership.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Commercial and Customer Service departments to ensure product stability and maximize product uptime, including planning and execution of onsite maintenance work when required.
  • Exercise cost leadership to ensure scalable and profitable growth and continuous improvements on how we run operations.
  • Monitor and report monthly metrics and performance for key internal stakeholders.
