About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Experience with QMS standards, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment with distributed teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI -driven operating rhythms.
  • Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
  • Lead the quality management system, audits, CAPA, and risk -based quality improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
  • Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
  • Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high -performing team, including succession planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
  • Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.
