About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Head of Public Relations to lead communications strategy across Shopbop and Zappos. This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies that enhance both brands' market position and reputation. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary architect of our communications narrative, managing external PR agency relationships, crisis communications, and corporate comm while providing strategic counsel to senior leadership. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive brand awareness and relevance of two distinct brands within the Amazon family of companies.
