The Head of Production at 22squared is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production across various mediums including digital, social, TV, print, and experiential. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners while implementing efficient workflows and production schedules.

  • Lead the end-to-end production process for all campaigns, including digital, social, TV, print, and experiential.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, production schedules, and budgets.
  • Deliver nimble and cost-effective production solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, agency standards, and deadlines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of producers, production coordinators, and studio professionals.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration within the production team.
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure the production team is appropriately staffed for all projects.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide professional development opportunities and timely feedback.
  • Work closely with Creative, Business Leadership, Project Management, and Business Affairs teams to align production goals with campaign objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during the production phase, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with external vendors, directors, photographers, and other production partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee production budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize resources and ensure compliance measures are met.
  • Oversee the department's budget, managing staff and operational costs effectively.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards across all production outputs.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance production capabilities.
  • Continuously improve processes and explore new tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a creative agency.
  • Highly adept at innovation problem solving for Client's marketing challenges.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production software and tools, with familiarity in budgeting software being a plus.
