About The Position
The Head of Production (HOP) will report to the President, Company 3, New York and will manage the Commercial Producing Team at our Studio located in New York City. This is a hybrid role. The HOP will liaise with Sales, Production Operations, Engineering and Client Services as well as all Company 3/Method Inc. global studio locations to ensure a seamless client experience. The HOP will need to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines and expectations, and negotiate with various stakeholders. The HOP will anticipate problems and provide proactive solutions as well as develop processes that lead to better departmental efficiencies. The HOP will develop their team and will promote a positive working environment.
