About The Position
The Head of Production is responsible for overseeing the production processes within the organization, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency. The Head of Production will also be involved in the maintenance of production equipment and the development of new manufacturing methods.
