About The Position

The Head of Product will be responsible for leading the product vision and strategy for an established company, driving innovation, and managing the lifecycle of product offerings. This role involves scaling the product, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring alignment with business goals to foster growth and success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding product architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SaaS, particularly within healthcare, finance, or billing sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scaling products for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
• Lead and mentor a growing product team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends and continuously improve products based on feedback and insights.
