You will lead a team towards innovative, data-driven products that enhance the learning experience and drive placement success.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields ( MBA preferred).
• Significant experience in KPI-driven industries such as Gaming, AdTech, FinTech, or scalable SaaS companies.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalable systems and processes.
• Decisive mindset prioritizing business impact over harmony.
• Willingness to travel for strategy meetings and team events, embracing the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the economic portfolio of educational voucher products.
• Make data-driven decisions on product lifecycles, including product relaunches and sunsetting underperforming courses.
• Develop technological systems and automated workflows to enhance content relevance.
• Align the learning environment to support successful job placements and strengthen market position.
• Establish a KPI-driven monitoring dashboard in collaboration with the CFO.
• Lead and transform the team towards a product-driven approach.
