ElectronX™ is the first U.S.-regulated, direct access electricity derivatives market, offering financial products to address volatile short-term price exposure to electricity. We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives across ElectronX's exchange infrastructure. In this 0→1 role, you’ll be responsible for finding product–market fit, making bold strategic bets, and building business lines with a founder-like mindset. This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related)
5+ years of product management or adjacent product-building experience
A 0 to 1 mindset and a low ego, high impact approach to your work
Strong customer empathy and design thinking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
Experience in financial markets, energy sector, or regulatory compliance preferred
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface at all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and data analysis platforms
