About The Position
At One Door, our vision is to bring the retail in-store vision to life. As we pursue our mission to be the #1 Visual Merchandising platform, we are seeking a Head of Product to help harness the power of new technologies and lead the effort to bring our vision to life in software. The Head of Product Management, reporting to the CTO, is responsible for our product strategy and overseeing the evolution of the One Door platform. You will lead a team of product managers and user experience designers, working closely with engineering, customer experience, product marketing, marketing and sales. You will collaboratively define the objectives and key results for product development, using your understanding of new technologies to advance our ability to meet the market's business needs. You will be the evangelist for the One Door platform, both internally and externally with customers and partners. Your team will help define product positioning, pricing, and packaging. You will refine and monitor the performance metrics of the One Door Platform to ensure feature adoption, market competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
