  • Own the project portfolio for the highest priority product roadmap initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technical project managers; mentor, coach, and develop talent.
  • Define and scale agile/hybrid delivery frameworks tailored to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Establish PMO operating cadence including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, track milestones, and remove blockers.
  • Provide regular portfolio reporting.
  • Partner with engineering operations to define and operationalize scrum level reporting needs to support data driven progress reporting.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, drive mitigation plans, and manage scope changes with clear stakeholder engagement.
  • Align project resources to strategic priorities.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with at least 5 years in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, including managers or senior ICs.
  • Deep understanding of modern software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and how to adapt practices at scale.
  • Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Strong technical fluency—you can engage credibly with engineers on architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling PMO practices in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP/SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Aha!
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.
  • Background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience supporting InfoSec, compliance, or regulatory-driven SaaS platforms (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • $1800 Experience Bonus.
