Here’s why we are excited about this opportunity: We are building a first-of-its-kind media arm inside a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company at the exact moment brand, distribution, and industry authority are becoming the last defensible moats in technology. As the Head of Presence® Media , you’ll architect this new media engine, developing shows, shaping talent, defining our editorial voice, and creating the content formats that drive Luxury Presence’s next chapter of growth. Few roles offer this blend of creativity, ownership, and industry-wide influence. Your mandate is to build a scalable media function that makes Luxury Presence the most followed, most trusted, and most influential platform in real estate. You will launch our first two flagship YouTube shows, establish our NYC production hub, develop a real estate creator talent network, and operationalize a content system that expands LP’s reach and strengthens our long-term defensibility. You will translate company strategy into video and editorial formats that attract followers, convert subscribers, and accelerate inbound demand. With success, you’ll lay the foundation for a broader media ecosystem investment in 2027 and beyond.

Requirements

  • Exceptional editorial instincts with the ability to shape a clear, consistent, and influential brand voice across video, written, and social channels.
  • Strong showrunner sensibilities: A clear point of view on what breaks through, what doesn’t, and how to adapt content to platform behavior (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on production fluency, including pre-production planning, shoot direction, pacing, and post-production quality control.
  • Ability to manage and coach on-camera talent, helping creators, real estate agents, and executives deliver compelling performances.
  • High-quality writing skills with experience overseeing newsletters, lead magnets, research reports, OpEds, and keynote narratives.
  • Social media mastery, with the ability to set platform strategy, evaluate content performance, and shape channel-specific creative across short-form video and written formats.
  • Process- and detail-oriented, able to oversee operational tasks such as awards submissions, content calendars, derivative clipping workflows, and cross-functional content requests.
  • A data-informed mindset, using audience metrics, engagement patterns, and platform analytics to guide programming decisions.
  • Collaborative leadership style: Able to partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Creative, Community, and executives to align media output with company priorities.
  • High comfort level with ambiguity, able to build a new function from scratch while maintaining relentless accountability to deadlines, quality, and business results
  • 7–12 years in media, content, production, journalism, or creator-led environments.
  • Proven experience developing and producing video-first content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats.
  • Experience managing and directing on-camera talent (creators, executives, or hosts).
  • A track record of shipping high-quality content on a consistent weekly cadence and leading cross-functional content calendars.
  • Hands-on familiarity with production workflows: scripting, shooting, editing, and packaging.
  • Experience creating or overseeing editorial content (newsletters, reports, scripts, OpEds, lead magnets).
  • Track record growing social media accounts with platform-native content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and growth teams to support broader company goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems.
  • A portfolio or reel that shows contemporary taste, narrative skill, and strong editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the company’s content calendar, ensuring all shows, social posts, newsletters, webinars, awards submissions, and lead magnets are planned and shipped on schedule.
  • Lead the creative development, production, and execution of Luxury Presence’s YouTube shows to build a substantial and loyal owned audience.
  • Oversee the newsletter strategy, growing reach, increasing engagement, and driving measurable pipeline impact, in partnership with a content strategist and/or freelance writer/journalist.
  • Oversee planning and producing webinars and event content that showcase Luxury Presence’s leadership and generate demand, in partnership with a content strategist.
  • Direct contributors and freelancers to ensure consistent execution across video, social, and written content.
  • Oversee awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership campaigns to position Luxury Presence as the category leader, in partnership with PR/Comms Manager.
  • Lead Luxury Presence’s social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage publishing cadence, content calendars, platform packaging, and audience performance reporting, in partnership with social media manager.
  • Amplify shows, press moments, product launches, and executive thought leadership through coordinated distribution.
  • Guide experimentation with new formats, features, and distribution platforms.
  • Create and manage the Presence® Talent Network; Build and nurture an early talent bench (clients + selected creators) to support show development, social amplification, and influencer activity.
  • Partner with the PR/Comms Manager to manage talent communications, UGC collaborations, LP-focused influencer activity, and social amplification.
  • Establish foundational talent processes, including expectations, onboarding, guidelines, and performance feedback, that can scale into a broader managed service with success.
  • Partner with the PR/Comms Manager to maintain a consistent, credible, and authoritative company voice across internal and external communications, in partnership Partner with executives to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership, keynote scripts, and announcements.
  • Oversee messaging frameworks, press releases, and company statements in partnership with a PR manager.
