About The Position

The Head of Portfolio Operations is a key executive role responsible for ensuring alignment and efficiency across all operating entities within GVW Group, LLC. This leader will implement the group's vision and mission, optimize processes, manage budgets, and oversee staff to drive sustainable growth. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the Head of Portfolio Operations will ensure cohesive operations while achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operational roles managing multi-entity portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational transformations.
• Track record of aligning operational practices with strategic goals in a multi-business environment.
• Hands-on experience in evaluating organizational performance through KPIs.
• Strong track record of influencing and collaborating with C-Suite and Management teams.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (MBA or similar) preferred for added strategic and leadership acumen.
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent) or other recognized operational excellence certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize the group's vision, mission, and strategic goals across all entities within the portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to entity leaders, providing feedback on existing strategies and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with entity leadership to shape and refine roadmaps for achieving strategic objectives.
• Review performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
• Establish and implement operational excellence frameworks tailored to each entity while ensuring group-wide consistency.
• Drive standardization of best practices across the portfolio, balancing individual entity needs with group objectives.
• Oversee performance across all entities, ensuring adherence to quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.
• Develop and manage operational budgets across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Monitor financial performance and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to operational teams across all entities.
• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
• Lead large-scale transformational initiatives across entities, ensuring alignment with the group's vision and goals.
• Serve as the central liaison between the group's executive leadership and operational teams.
