About The Position

Head of Portfolio Mgt-Corp Platforms: Experienced technology leader with a strong background in Platform and Product Management , driving technology strategy to support corporate functions . Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including substantial work across corporate platforms such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Legal systems.
  • Deep expertise with ERP and enterprise platforms, including Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine business process understanding with technical solution design and strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of coaching high‑performing teams and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior executives and articulate technology solutions in business terms.
  • Successful experience working within a global organization and managing stakeholders across diverse geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for the delivery of major technology initiatives across corporate platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to build a strong technical culture and ensure robust succession planning within the corporate applications organization.
  • Monitor system performance, manage technical debt, and mitigate operational risks while driving continuous improvement, incident reduction, and modernization of legacy platforms.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers, including evaluation, onboarding, and performance management, to ensure seamless integration and service‑level compliance.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for third‑party applications to ensure adherence to enterprise security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including business leaders, security teams, and external vendors—to translate organizational objectives into comprehensive technical roadmaps.
